AlleImmobilien.at for Claude – Connector Documentation
Overview
The AlleImmobilien.at connector lets you search properties currently for sale or rent in Austria directly from a conversation with Claude, and shows the results on an interactive map and list.
You describe what you are looking for in your own words, for example “a 3-room flat to rent in Vienna’s 7th district under 1,500 EUR with a balcony”. Claude translates that into a structured search on AlleImmobilien.at, shows matching listings, and links each one to its full listing page.

Getting started
Connecting takes under a minute and needs no AlleImmobilien.at account.
- In Claude (web, desktop or mobile), open Settings → Connectors and browse the directory, or open the listing directly: https://claude.ai/directory/connectors/SLUG.
- Find AlleImmobilien.at and click Connect. No login or API key is requested.
- Start a new conversation and ask for a property, for example “Show me houses for sale in Graz up to 600,000 EUR”.
- The first time a search runs, Claude may ask whether it can use the connector. Allow it once or always.
To disconnect, open Settings → Connectors, select AlleImmobilien.at and choose Disconnect. You can also turn the connector on or off per conversation from the tools menu in the chat input.
Requirements: a Claude plan that supports directory connectors. On Team and Enterprise plans, an organization Owner may need to allow the connector first.
Tools
The connector exposes four tools. All four are read-only (readOnlyHint: true): none creates, changes or deletes data, sends messages, or contacts brokers on your behalf.

Search filters
searchProperties supports these filters:
- Offer type: buy or rent.
- Location: ZIP code, place, municipality, federal state, district, country, a map rectangle, or a map polygon (for areas such as “near Lake Wolfgang”).
- Property type: apartment, house, plot and the other categories on AlleImmobilien.at.
- Price: sale price or monthly rent, from/to, in EUR.
- Size: living area in m² and number of rooms, from/to.
- Equipment: e.g. balcony or loggia, garden, and other features from the equipment list.
- Energy: energy class, heating demand (HWB) and energy efficiency factor (fGEE).
- Keywords: free text matched against listing descriptions.
- Sorting and paging: newest, recently updated, price or area ascending/descending; up to 500 results per page.
Interactive results
Search results appear as an interactive panel in the conversation, with a Map tab and a List tab.
- Map: each property with coordinates is a marker. Clusters show several properties at one location; a separate marker style shows properties whose address is only approximately known. Large result sets may show only part of the matches on the map; Claude always states the exact total.
- List: each result shows title, price, area, rooms, category and location, and links to the full listing on AlleImmobilien.at.
- Labels: the panel’s labels follow the language of your conversation.
- No coordinates / no results: the panel shows the list only, or a “no properties found” hint, and Claude suggests how to widen the search.
Every answer ends with a link that opens the same search on AlleImmobilien.at. That page may differ slightly from the chat results, because some filters (for example office or broker filters, HWB and fGEE ranges) cannot be expressed in the public search URL.
Links opened by the connector: listing pages and search pages on https://alleimmobilien.at only.

Tips for better results:
- Say whether you want to buy or rent; without it, the connector searches properties for sale.
- Name a concrete area (ZIP code, town, district) or a landmark rather than a whole country.
- If you get more than about 100 results, add a price, size or equipment filter; if you get none, widen one.
Data, privacy and security
The connector receives only the search parameters Claude sends for a property search. It has no access to your Claude account, chat history, memory or files.

Technical log and security data is kept for 30 days and then deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation or a specific security incident requires longer retention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, stable and abuse-free service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- No authentication: the connector serves public listing data only. You don’t sign in, and no personal account data is sent.
- No write access: the connector cannot contact brokers, save searches, submit enquiries or change any data.
- Hosting and processors: the server is hosted by Hetzner Finland Oy in Finland (EU), acting as our processor.
- Transport: all traffic uses HTTPS.
- Untrusted content: listing texts come from brokers and property owners. The connector passes them as data only, and Claude is told not to follow instructions found in them.

Limitations and troubleshooting
Limitations
- Results cover listings published on AlleImmobilien.at only, mostly in Austria. Availability and prices are as supplied by the broker and can change at any time.
- Listing data is informational. It is not an offer, valuation or legal advice; always check the listing and contact the broker.
- There is no radius search. “Within 10 km of Linz” is approximated as a map rectangle or polygon.
- The keyword filter searches listing text, not geography. “Lake view” matches descriptions that mention it.
- Search results show a description excerpt of up to 500 characters. Ask a follow-up question to load the full text for up to 25 listings at once.
Troubleshooting

When reporting a problem, include the date and time, your prompt, and the listing ID or link if one is involved. Never send passwords or payment data.
